If there’s one thing my husband and I absolutely love to do, it’s people-watch—but naturally, our eyes always seem to find the fashion and the handbags first.
Whenever we’re out together, we find ourselves admiring how people put their looks together. The unexpected combinations. The personal touches. The confidence. And, of course, the bag they chose to carry that day.
For us, great style isn’t necessarily about wearing the newest trend or carrying the latest “it” bag. We love it all—from a beautiful new designer piece to a vintage handbag that has already lived a whole other life. Sometimes it’s the perfectly coordinated bag that catches our attention; other times, it’s that unexpected vintage piece that completely transforms a simple outfit.
That’s part of what inspired Preloved Vintage 1982 in the first place: our belief that fashion doesn’t have an expiration date.
So we thought… why not share what we see with you?

For our first outing, we headed to one of our favorite historic Miami neighborhoods: Coconut Grove.
During a recent Sunday brunch, we walked around the Grove doing exactly what we love—enjoying the neighborhood, taking in the Miami sunshine, and keeping our eyes open for great style.
And we found plenty.
From contemporary designer handbags to timeless silhouettes and vintage-inspired pieces, each look reminded us of something we’ve always believed: a handbag tells you a little something about the person carrying it.
Some make a statement. Some quietly complete an outfit. Some are pristine and new. Others show a little character from years of being loved.
And we appreciate every single one.
